I really do appreciate your effort for highlighting only essentials tools for becoming a fit for the DevOps role, but, to be really honest, this isn't the MVP (Minimum Viable Person) for the job post/working scenario. You must have these below listed skills as well.
1. Linux Administration Skills
2. Networking Knowledge ( And I mean should be good enough to calculate CIDR, routing, protocols and many others)
3. Knowledge for Operating System features.
Your given tools might be enough to land into a fancy DevOps role, but within inside, the person would surely be aware, that it isn't enough as an MVP. And you should get your hands dirty in this as well.
